WWIII is a possibilty

I think WW 3 is possible to happen in our life time. Even after the world war 1, no one expected that Germany would start the war again. Also today nobody is expecting WW3 would happen but I think it's possible to happen. Even though United nation (UN) has stronger power than before (League of the nation) If huge war starts, they will loose their power and they might not be able to stop the war as soon as people hope.
I think war will happen in Israel, war is still happening in Israel, Gaza because after the Holocaust many Jewish people had to find their new shelter and they found the land which is now called 'Israel' but there were already many people who lived in that land so today they are still fighting with each other to get their own land. Right now, not many countries are involved with this war, but if one of the side asking for help to other country and if this situation keep goes on and on, it will lead to the WW3. During WW3, with the modern technology, many people will die. This war will give huge number of victims even much more than world war 2. And many countries will regret about what they've done.

Holocoast reflection

During the discussions, l found that discussion1 was the most meaningful. Because during the holocaust, Anne Frank's nationality forced to removed. Actually her nationality should be Germany because she has born in Germany and her both parents born in Germany. But during the holocaust, when Hitler started to kill Jewish, he abandoned many Jewish people. I felt sorry for Anne Frank because government of country suppose to protect their citizen from their country, but in this case, government take their citizen's right and force to remove their nationality.

A letter from the Battlefront

Dec 20, 1941
To Mr. Hubert Willis
26, Rodfort Street
Bryan
Texas
Dear Mom, Dad Leslie and Barney,
I know you are all very worried about the ‘attack’ which happened in the early hours of the morning on December 7 at Pearl Harbor. I am writing to ensure you that I am fine. Although I was injured, I am recovering well. I am going to first tell you about it, before I talk about myself.
It was a Sunday morning I had woken up at 6 AM and dressed quickly in my shorts and shirts. I had promised Frank my commanding officer to be his partner at a doubles game of tennis. We played well and then decided to have breakfast in the Canteen. I had just ordered a large omelet with bacon, when Frank pointed in the sky, where a fleet of planes flying toward us. First time, I thought they were the ‘B-17’s from the West Coast. I wondered what they were doing up there. But suddenly I noticed something was wrong with those planes. I took the binoculars from Frank, and magnified to the size of planes. They were not the ‘B-17’s Instead of American flags, they had flags which were red with white stripes. Before I could tell Frank something was going wrong, those foreign planes started to drop bombs. Suddenly, Frank shouted “I think it’s the Japs! Run for shelter!” In a few seconds, our camp was filled with chaos. I ran, trying to reach my plane. But even before I reached my plane, I saw 51 ‘Val’ dive bombers dropped 30feet away from me. I stepped backwards, tried to run on other side. Then I heard a ‘BANG’ sound. Because of the huge explosion, I flew in the air. I was bleeding, especially my legs were horrible. I lay in the ditch for almost three hours. Many times I shouted for help, but my voice was drowned by the sounds of explosions near by. Finally I gave up hope and closed my eyes to pray. I saw two nurses looking down at me, when I opened eyes. I was brought to ‘Hickam Field’. I had surgery on my back and legs. The doctors told me I was lucky to be alive because I had lost a lot of blood but the chief Nurse Annie G. Fox donated her blood for my surgery. It’s almost three weeks since I have been in this hospital. I am surrounded by many wounded patients who are also recovering because of the hard work and time given by the nurse and doctors.
I am angry and upset about loss of lives and destruction caused to our army. Fortunately, our aircraft carriers, Lexington, Enterprise and Saratoga were not damaged because, they were not in port at the time of attack. The doctors, are going to release me tomorrow as they feel, I am fine. So, I will be attending the church service in memory of the service men and civilians who died for our country. I am very proud of Frank who died while helping people in the canteen to find shelter. On 17 Dec, we got a new Admiral Chester W. Nimitz. My leave starts from today, so I hope to be in time for Christmas.

Your loving
‘Walter’

P.S.: How is my dog Larry? I haven’t seen her for a year. Tell her that I love her. Also mom, please post a small gift and a letter of thanks to chief nurse Annie G. Fox

A recipe for World War II

1 small tea spoon of ‘Treaty of Versailles’

scattered on the dough, ‘Failure of the Leagues of Nations.

Because ‘Failure of the League of Nations’ never have flavor, which won’t make me and your mouth pleasant

You would need to add some aggressive spice

Aggressive spice that ‘made in Germany’
Aggressive spice that ‘made in Japan’

Three drops of ‘Fascism’ wine.
They will blur the dough as soon as they touch it and spread their spirit, color is like blood.

Critique of Animal Farm (The Movie)

There was some difference and similarities between animal farm book and the movie. They both teach you some of the theme we learned about in class like ‘The more things change the more thing stay the same.’ But unlike the book, movie shows more specific details on each scene that book could not. For example, when there was a War of cowshed, in the book they just tell us that there was a War of cowshed, but in the movie they showed us how the animal defeated the humans, using what strategy. There is another example, in the movie they showed us how animal harvest the crop. Also In the book, they introduced Napoleon’s dog with amazement, but in the movie they showed how Napoleon raised all the dogs from when they were baby. Unlike the book, the movie didn’t show us much about the talking part, most of the time the movie only showed us the part where people would interest to watch. In the movie, they never mentioned about the Clover, female horse, they more mentioned about the Benjamin who was not very visible in the book. All these are differences between the book and movie but the there was one huge difference. The ending part. In the book, the book end up by fighting between man and pig, but in the movie, the movie end up with defeat of Napoleon by revolution from other animal.

My character in Animal Farm

I am mostly like Benjamin, there are three reason that support that I'm mostly like Benjamin. First, as Benjamin does, I don't take any side. In the book 'Animal Farm', Benjamin, the donkey is not close to Mr. Jones or human side but he also is not friendly with animal. He does not take joke, he never laughs. It seems like that he doesn't actually on one specific side clearly.
Secondly, he does not like to talk. In the book he doesn't talk to animal very much and does not discuss with them. Even though he has good idea in his mind, he doesn't share his idea out loud, he just keep it in his head
Thirdly, Benjamin does not try anything, when he realize if that thing wouldn't work.
